Pricing questions

What counts as a request?
Every delivery to one of your endpoints counts once, regardless of size. The dashboard shows usage for the current UTC month. If you hit the limit, new deliveries get a 429 and the provider will retry according to its own policy.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Open the billing portal from your dashboard. Peekhook is configured to let you switch prices with proration, so you only pay the difference.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, then fall back to Free. Your endpoints stay intact; captures older than 24 hours are pruned as the clean-up job runs.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Share links let you send a specific capture to a teammate today. A proper team workspace is the next thing on the roadmap.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is broken on our side, email hello@peekhook.dev within 14 days and we will make it right. Trials can be cancelled before any charge.
